Please pick up special Birthday Waivers in the office at Flagstaff Gymnastics Center OR download the Birthday Waiver on this website under "Gym Info" and "Forms" and have all of the participating guests fill one out prior to the party.  The completed waivers can be dropped off in the office at the beginning of the party.  No children will be allowed to participate and/or play in the gym without a completed Birthday Waiver.

For your birthday party we will have two tables and chairs set up in the upstairs viewing room.  You may provide cake and/or other refreshments and decorations at your discretion.

Your birthday party will be facilitated by one coach and includes up to 10 children.  If you will have more than 10 children, you must contact the office at least one week prior to your party so that we may have a second coach available.  The fee for additional children will be $10 per child and will be due on the day of the party.

Parents are welcome to watch all activities from inside the gym, but are not permitted on any of the gymnastics equipment or inside the pit. 

Your Birthday Party will include the following activities:

1         Warm up Game

2       Open Stretch

3       Party Game/Bounce House

4       Obstacle Course

5       Tumble Track, Pit, and Rope

6       Cake/Refreshments (provided by the parents)

Birthday parties may be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday afternoons at either time slot of 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm  or 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm.

For your birthday party, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit; and the balance of $105 will be due at the beginning of the party.  For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
